PSA HNN has reduced the handling of barges at their terminals in Antwerp (quays 408-412 / 869 / 913 / 1742) from 22 July 2009 on. Loading and unloading only takes place on monday until friday from 6:00 to 22:00. Barge handling activities during the night and weekend shifts will only be carried out when PSA HNN is able to charge the costs from the oversea carrier. [...]
